It is our goal to provide a continuous supply of safe drinking water to our customers.  Safe water means being free of contaminants that can cause disease or be toxic to a consumer.  Also we want to ensure that we optimize the treatment process so as to provide the best water possible by providing water that is of greater quality than that required by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
